Group of Professional Background in Education:

Windsor Bilingual Kindergarten is affiliated to Beijing Yu Dawei Education Culture Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yu Dawei). Yu Dawei is a legally registered consulting company in Beijing specialized in education information, who has extensive contacts with the British education community and an in-depth understanding of concepts and methods of international education. Yu Dawei has been working closely with the well-known international education institution -- Dulwich College Beijing, introducing Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), and leveraging Dulwich's internationalized high quality resources in school establishment, system management, curriculum design and faculty training, dedicated to creating a high quality preschool education agency. Three branch schools of Windsor Bilingual Kindergarten were successively established in Changping and Shunyi Districts, Beijing and Foshan, Guangdong respectively in 2007, 2010 and 2014.

Windsor Bilingual Kindergarten is the sister school of the well-known Dulwich College Beijing, and has continuously received instructions from Dulwich's managers and early childhood education experts while at the same time enjoying Dulwich's resource sharing and data support. Windsor's core management team members have rich experience working in DCMI , boosting international vision and professional competence. With early education experts from Dulwich College as educational consultants, and both UK and Chinese local curriculum experts responsible for curriculum management and training, every Windsor branch school is ensured of high quality education with advanced educational and teaching management. Strict UK educational management assessments and training systems are used to ensure that each teacher's educational philosophy and teaching methods meet school requirements and to support his/ her sustained development in professional attainments and competence.

Advanced Internationalized Curriculum

Core belief of our curriculum - to take children as the main part, the game as the form, and to encourage students' active learning and bold innovation.

Windsor is committed to integrating advanced preschool education concepts and excellent teaching practices throughout the world, drawing the essence of Chinese and Western education, and, on the basis of the Guidance on Learning and Development of Children Aged 3-6 issued by Ministry of Education of PRC,organically integrates three major curriculum frameworks, respectively Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Happiness and Development Kindergarten Curriculum（Beijing Normal University) and Guidance for Kindergarten Activity Integration Curriculum (Nanjing Normal University).

"Immersing" Bilingual Teaching. The play-based Chinese-English teaching mode creates for the children a bilingual environment of real scene interaction. We also have a strong teaching support system with English as the second language, where full-time foreign teachers plan, organize and implement teaching activities with Chinese teachers' assistance.

In March 2016, Windsor officially introduced the Danish Lego Education TM curriculum, opening Lego Education authorized Lego classrooms at all of its branch kindergartens and implementing a series of supporting courses using the original Lego Education products. As a result, the students cultivate STEAM thinking from an early age, and through integration of various subjects as Science, Technology, Engineer, Art and Mathematics, train their abilities of problem solving, communication and expression, independent learning as well as innovation and practice ( comprehensive qualities and skills required of 21st century talents). Lego Education preschool curriculum will be an important supplement to the education system of Windsor, and together with the existing curriculum, it will be of great help to the students' growth.

    A Healthy and Safe Environment

    Designed and built in accordance with the international standards , Windsor boosts classrooms with humanized and theme-related arrangements , unique outdoor classrooms, resourceful library and multimedia center, professional music classrooms, spacious multi-function indoor gym and art performance hall, as well as characteristic kitchen and cooking classrooms. In addition to indoor sports hall, there are large areas of outdoor stadium and playground, as well as children's equipment and facilities that match the needs of children of different ages.

        All around Windsor Bilingual Kindergarten, whether indoor or outdoor, health and safety of the children is guaranteed. The whole campus is covered with 360-degree no-dead-angle monitoring system. The fresh air system ensures that the indoor PM 2.5 value is less than 10 ug/ m ³ in spite of outdoor heavy smog pollution, and the indoor CO₂ concentration is lower than the 1000ppm standard. The kindergarten kitchen provides nutrition-rich food for the children.
