一段美好的教育旅程，从家园携手开始，从有效沟通开始，从紧密链接开始。在温莎，我们认为家长是老师的教育搭档，老师和家长间良好的沟通和联系可以帮助孩子在幼儿园更自信，从而更好地支持孩子的学习和发展。温莎老师们日常使用多种方法和家长保持积极开放的沟通，除了常态沟通，还会定期开展家长会、家长工作坊、家长开放日等，让家长走入温莎，直观了解温莎的教育理念，教育方法和成果。我们期待在多种开放式的交流中，一起找寻更好的教育方式，助力每个孩子的成长。

Children's development requires good cooperation between school and family. In Windsor, we regard parents as teachers' partners, and good communication between us can help children have more confident in kindergarten, thus better support their learning and development. Windsor teachers use various methods to keep positive communication with parents in daily life. In addition to regular contact, we also organize regular parent-teacher meetings, parent workshops, and open days to allow parents to join Windsor and gain a visual understanding of Windsor's educational philosophy, methods, and teaching achievements. We look forward to exploring better ways to educate and help each child grow.

对于教育认知的同频是支持孩子未来学习和发展非常重要的部分。每个新学年开始前，温莎各个班级会开展全体父母都需要参加的班级家长会，老师们会和家长面对面分享我们对教育的认识和期待，以及孩子在未来的学习和发展规划，在共同的频率下探讨孩子的教育话题，以期在教育的更多层面达成一致，共创与孩子们美好的学习和发展旅程。

A   consistent  understangding  of  eduction  betweet  parent  and 

teacher is an important part of supporting children's future learning and development. Before the start of each new school year, each class in Windsor will hold a class parent-teacher meeting that all parents need to attend，where teachers share with parents our understanding and expectations of education, as well as our children's future learning and development plans , with the aim of agreeing on the wider aspects of education, and creating a wonderful learning and development journey with their children.

教育是一个生命唤醒的过程，所谓唤醒，其实是营造一个好的教育场域。这个场域里，无论是教育者还是学习者都能呈现一种好的生命状态，拥有成长的无限可能。温莎定义的教育者不仅限于教学团队，而是包括每一位在不同岗位的员工以及每一位学生的家庭成员。

Education is a life-awakening process,which actually means creating a good educational atmosphere. Both educators and learners can have a good life state and unlimited possibilities for growth here. 

The Windsor definition of an educator is not limited to the teaching team，but includes every Windsor staff in different positions and every student's family members.

我们相信教育过程中，什么人在教比教什么内容更重要。我们希望所有教育者都能具备“学习型成长思维”，因此温莎全年为教育者提供从教育教学、健康生活以及生命觉醒的系列课程，帮助每一位教育者充分学习和成长，提升生命品质，从而用更好的生命状态影响孩子。

We believe that in the process of education, who is teaching is more important than what is taught. We hope that all educators can have "learning growth mindset", so Windsor provides educators with a series of workshop on teaching, healthy living and life awakening throughout the year to help every educator fully learn and grow, improve their quality of life, and thus influence children with a better life state.

温莎全年都会开展一系列以孩子为中心的大型活动，活动的主题通常与每年的节日相吻合。比如冬季音乐会、新年游园、图书节等等，邀请家长参与其中，帮助孩子在熟悉的家人面前建立自信，培养孩子的归属感和荣誉感。

Windsor holds a series of child-centred events throughout the year, often with themes that coincide with the festivals. For example, winter concerts, New Year's Temple Fair, book fair, etc. Parents are invited to participate in these events, which help children build confidence in front of their families and cultivate a sense of belonging and honor.

与此同时，每个月各个班级都会进行常态开放日，邀请家长进入课堂，直观、深入了解孩子的成长足迹。

At the same time, every class will organize regular open days every month, inviting parents into the classroom for a visual and in-depth understanding of their child's developmental footprint.

在温莎的主题学习中，我们非常重视培养孩子参与计划-实践-反思的闭环学习方式。为了让孩子更好地回顾和反思当下的主题所学，同时也让每个孩子都有机会成为舞台上的主角。每月最后一个周五的“集会日”也成为了温莎的一个传统。这一天孩子们站在台前，在全园的小朋友和老师面前介绍和展示主题学习的内容。我们也会邀请家长参与其中，直观了解班级的主题教学成果，共同见证孩子的成长和进步。

In topic-based learning at Windsor, we place great importance on cultivating children's participation in the closed-loop learning model of planning-practice-reflection. In order to let children better review and reflect on what they have learned in the current topic, and at the same time, let every child have the opportunity to take centre stage. Assembly has become a Windsor tradition on the last Friday of every month. On this day the children take centre stage and present their topic learning in front of the whole school. Parents are also invited to attend assemblies to see children’s topic learning and witness their child's growth and progress.

每个孩子都是独一无二的，有着自己独特的学习方式和发展速度。而成长的故事也总是让人欣喜，家长们如期赴约一对一家长会，为了孩子的成长而相聚，围绕孩子的阶段学习和发展情况进行分享和分析。通过面对面对谈的方式，家长们可以更深入、全面了解孩子在幼儿园的情况，同时老师们也认真聆听每位家长对孩子的期待，彼此细致交流，共同探讨孩子在下一阶段的发展目标和可能性。

Every child is unique, with his or her own distinctive learning style and development pace. Through face-to-face conversations, parents were able to gain a more in-depth and comprehensive understanding of their child's development in kindergarten. Teachers also listened carefully to each parent's expectations of their children and exchanged ideas about their children's developmental goals and possibilities for the next stage of development.

家长们也获得了许多具有参考性、可操作性的家庭教育方法，对如何更好地在家庭中陪伴孩子，培养孩子的良好习惯，助力孩子学习和发展得到了启发。

Parents also gained lots of reference and practical family education methods，and parents were inspired on how to better accompany their children at home, cultivate their good habits, and help their children's learning and development.

好的教育是一场双向奔赴，不仅存在于幼儿园，也存在于每一个家庭之中，每一次家校相约都给予孩子成长的力量。未来温莎会继续和家长们一起构建“家园共同成长体”，相信无论是家长还是老师都能在不同形式的互动中收获启发和成长，共同营造更好的教育场域，从而更好地支持孩子的学习和发展。
