岗位职责 Job Description:
1. 1、主动了解孩子,懂得因材施教
Knowing students and how they learn
能在教学活动中洞察孩子的潜力与个性,因材施教。同时,以专业的素养让自己的教学活动给来自不同文化、语言环境和教育背景的孩子们带来个性化的教育。
Windsor teachers are expected to have detailed and insightful knowledge of the developmental characteristics and learning needs of the children they teach. They also need to have expertise in meeting the wide range of individual learning and pastoral needs of international school children who come from diverse cultural, linguistic and educational backgrounds.
2. 2、积极拟定教学计划并根据计划展开有效的学习活动
Plan for and implement effective learning and teaching
对所教年龄阶段的幼儿有丰富的专业知识和教学经验。能为幼儿的发展、成长制定适当的、有挑战性的发展目标,并能在教学过程中通过精心的策划、组织,利用丰富的教学资源支持幼儿实现发展目标。在教学活动中致力于培养幼儿的独创力、独立思考能力和与他人协作的能力。
Windsor teachers are expected to have current knowledge and experience of the curriculum in the age range they teach. They set high expectations and challenging developmental and learning goals for their students and use a variety of effective learning and teaching strategies, resources and digital technology to support their students in achieving these goals. They encourage their students to be innovative, imaginative, creative and critical thinkers who are able to work well with others.
3. 3、能积极评估孩子们的所学所得,并向父母、园方就孩子的学习和成长给予有效的反馈。
Assess, provide feedback and report on student learning and progress
能在教学活动中运用不同的评估方法如实地对孩子们的所学所得给予专业、有效的评估。
并能以评估结果作为支撑,为后续的教学活动制定相应的计划。
Windsor teachers are knowledgeable and effective users of assessment to support learning. They use a range of data measures and assessment strategies to inform their evaluation of students’ progress which enables them to plan for learning and to report accurately and effectively on student progress and to design appropriate intervention and support strategies.

Windsor teachers have an appreciation of their own culture as well as openness to the perspectives and beliefs of people from different countries, cultures, religions and languages. They recognise the importance of developing students to be ethical global citizens.
