岗位职责 Job Description：

1.     确保班级里的所有儿童和成人没有受到歧视和存在偏见。

To ensure anti-discriminatory and anti-bias approach to both children and adults in the class.

2.     参与温莎课程在课堂里的发展，包括实现温莎发展计划目标。

To participate in the development of the Windsor Curriculum in the classroom including working towards the aims of the Windsor Schools Development plan.

3.      在主班教师的支持和指导下，进行所有领域的实践工作。

To be supported and guided by the Class lead teacher in all areas of practice.

4.      参与双语课程实施。

To participate in the bi-lingual aspect of the curriculum in the classroom.

5.      与家长建立伙伴关系，有效的开展家长工作。

To work effectively partnership with parents of children in the class.

6.      保持专业不断更新，了解中国、英国和国际上最好的幼教实践。

To keep professionally updated, informed about best practice from China, England and internationally.

7.      参加市场宣传和招生活动。

To attend implementation of marketing and admission activities.
